Job Title: Senior Manager, Executive Compensation

Location: Atlanta, GA (hybrid)

Position Summary

Senior Manager, Executive Compensation role reporting to our VP, HR and Total Rewards will lead the day-to-day administration of our partners’ and most senior executives’ compensation while engaging in driving aspects of our global compensation strategy. You will work closely with different teams and partner on various business initiatives with a particular focus on collaboration with our global compensation and benefits team to ensure best practices and employee engagement as the company continues its rapid growth. Partner with the VP of Global Total Rewards as a consultant, advisor, and subject matter expert with our Business Leaders, HR Business Partners, and multiple cross-functional teams enabling them to deliver our Global Total Rewards principles and employee value proposition.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Designs, executes and implements executive compensation and programs based on NCR Atleos philosophy, culture, return effectiveness, and market practices.

  • Assists in the development of an executive compensation strategy, considering our unique culture in this privately held, diverse enterprise.

  • Partners and consults with key stakeholders (C-suite, key business unit, and human resources leaders) to recommend executive compensation and benefits practices & program enhancements.

  • Administrates the company’s executive compensation plans and programs utilizing applicable vendor tools (i.e., Workday, Beqom, ServiceNow, etc.).

  • Assists in the preparation of materials, agenda, and planning for the Compensation Committee, Admin Committee, and Board of Directors meetings.

  • Manages and coordinates applicable vendor relationships for the execution of NCR Atleos plans and programs.

  • Conducts executive market pricing activities including job matching, data analytics, job pricing, and executive compensation survey submissions.

  • Serves as a single point of contact for senior leaders within the organization to provide information and consultation on their total rewards package.

  • Assists in the due diligence analysis for mergers and acquisitions.

  • Assists the compensation team in other analyses, calculations, and projects as needed.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of executive compensation experience; preferably with a large corporate employer or a leading consulting firm.

  • Ability to partner and understand points of view from multiple, disparate stakeholders (e.g., HR, Finance, Legal, Executive team) while balancing the art and science of compensation and benefits to see beyond the numbers and drive for alignment on what’s best for the business.

  • Possess a high level of integrity and discretion and established brand of being widely trusted, direct and truthful, with the ability to maintain effective relationships and gain confidence.

  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands, ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency, and exceptional written and verbal communications skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity and comfort with incentive compensation programs, including short-term, long-term, and commission programs.

  • Strong analytical capabilities, executive presence, critical thinking, and the ability to manage and lead through change.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact at all levels within the enterprise.

  • Expert at Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Experience using compensation and HR systems (Workday, Beqom, ServiceNow, etc.).

  • Understanding of financial statements and business drivers.

  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations and legislation that impacts executive total rewards programs (IRS 125, 162M, 280G, 401K, 409A, 421-424, FLSA, COBRA, Equal Pay Act, ERISA, HIPAA, Dodd Frank).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in executing due diligence analysis for mergers and acquisitions preferred.
