PCI Government Services Sr. Public Health Strategy Consultant - 1049 in Atlanta, Georgia

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Public Health Strategy Consultant to support the National Center for Injury Prevention and Control (NCIPC). The successful candidate will help clients transform their business processes, develop, and implement organizational strategies while complying with Federal laws and regulations. The candidate will recommend new strategies to support the clients long range strategic planning efforts around scientific and research priorities. The candidate will be expected to prepare and communicate well-organized, effective reports and presentations to the client and internal project leadership.

Bachelors degree 4+ year of consulting experience Demonstrated experience in conducting scientific literature reviews, environmental scans and other relevant qualitative analyses Organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work as part of a team and prioritize resources and time effectively Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint High degree of comfort working in unstructured situations and ability to maintain poise, maturity, and work well under pressure Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of business, including experience writing reports and client/public-facing documents as well as communicating complex concepts effectively Interest and passion for the role of government and responsibilities of the public sector

Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, MPH, MSOD) Certification in relevant field (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP, Change Management) Experience supporting federal or state government agencies

The physical demands described herein are representative of those which must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Employees must possess the ability to work in an office environment. Employees must possess the ability to work in a standard office or conference room setting and use standard office equipment, including a computer.

To visit other company sites, employees must be able to operate a motor vehicle and fly in an aircraft, both of which may require sitting for prolonged periods of time. Employees must possess vision to read printed materials and a computer screen; and hearing and speech to communicate in person, before groups, and over the telephone. Standing in work areas and walking between work areas will be required. This position requires an employee to occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance; reach, push, and pull drawers and doors open and closed. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
