Entrepreneurial spirits are welcomed here. Talent Acquisition Specialist We are looking for a Recruiter that has a passion for building teams and a desire to be a true partner to our hiring teams. We strive to hire the brightest in the industry for our Data & Analytics, Technology and Experience Design (Sparks Grove) capabilities within the firm. Exciting work you will do:

  • We are detectives, talent scouts, negotiators, business partners

  • Actively build relationships with business leaders to intimately understand the business, hiring plans, roles, wins and gaps

  • Create innovative sourcing strategies. Sourcing passive candidates is a big part of our strategy, so you should be confident in engaging, and nurturing relationships with a diverse group of top talent

  • Become a consultative advisor and expert on the competitive landscape, market trends, talent shortages and compensation

  • Use our compelling story to engage passive candidates and build our employer brand

  • Be obsessive about meaningful candidate experiences

Skills needed:

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

  • Global recruiting background ideally from the UK

  • Combination of in-house and agency experience is ideal

  • Exposure in recruiting technical and non-technical roles

  • Partnership approach in working with and engaging hiring managers

  • Interview experience in screening technical skills and cultural qualities
