The Onsite Buying Experience team in Amazon Business is looking for a Principal TPM to drive efficient execution and delivery across our charter of providing world-class buying experience to our B2B customers of all sizes globally. This person will be responsible for bringing a birds’ eye view to the ongoing roadmap across multiple tech teams, ensure that we have the right business metrics measuring the end to end customer journey, put in place the right mechanisms to align strategy, roadmap and execution against our long-term business plan. In addition, this person will lead Launch Operations across all AB tech teams, and build the infrastructure for the right partnerships to flourish between tech teams and business stakeholders like Marketing, Sales and Customer Service such that we continue to be delighted about shipping our high-quality products to our customers. Being the Principal TPM of this charter, the person will mentor other junior team members and play a key role in aligning their career growth with the business needs.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of technical product or program management experience

  • 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience

  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience

  • Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
