Program OperationsDevelop and implement new processes in response to changing program needsOversee content development for applicable courses and campus programmingManage program logistics (course listings and processes, budget management, etc.)Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and coach student workers who support the programCommunication and MarketingIn consultation with the Director of Leadership and Dialogue, establish and maintain strong relationships with University offices and academic unitsPlan and facilitate training orientations, retreats, workshops, and campus events that increase awareness about the program in the University communityDesign digital and print materials and perform strategic outreach to maximize interest in programmingServe as a member of the office leadership team and collaborate with others on the continued efficiency of the unit's outreach efforts on campus; serve on and lead various applicable campus committeesProgram Strategy and GrowthAssist the Director of Leadership in Dialogue in developing goals, objectives, and strategic plansSupport the Director in assessing program efficacy through data collection and assessmentCreate and administer a system to maintain program dataIdentify data-informed programmatic and curricular prioritiesWork collaboratively with other units in the Division and University to build program network effects
