We are looking for a person who can help us improve our services and the satisfaction of our clients, performing administrative tasks. You can be part of the team. What would your day to day be like?

  • You will help in the preparation of Customs Declarations, updating data and other administrative tasks that may arise on a daily basis.

  • You will process customs documents in official organizations

  • You will be in contact with both internal and external clients, via telephone or email in at least two languages, Spanish and English.

  • You will answer customer calls with information for dispatch or with their questions about customs procedures

  • You will be in contact with other departments of the company, mainly Operations to provide the client with quality service

  • You will work as a team with your colleagues at your center to achieve the company's objectives, providing the best possible service in World Wide shipments while maintaining compliance with Customs regulations.

What do we expect from you?

  • Essential Qualification: Intermediate/Higher Level Training Cycle. (Completed or in-process university degree will be valued).

  • A proactive attitude, flexibility and organizational skills are required.

  • Previous experience in a similar position will be valued.

  • Medium level of the English language is essential.

  • Communication skills, teamwork and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work to established deadlines and resolve problems effectively.

  • User-level computer knowledge is required.

  • Knowledge of Foreign Trade will be valued.

  • Availability to work on schedule: 15:00 – 23:00 (Monday – Friday)
