Our client, located in Beachwood Ohio is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. As a Recruiter you will be part of the Talent Acquisition team supporting the Hiring Specialist. The ideal candidate will have great phone etiquette, previous recruiting experience and great interview skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Beachwood, Ohio

Pay Range: $18-19/hr

Shift: M-F, 8a-5p

What’s the Job?

• Identifying qualified candidates for skilled positions

• Conduct phone screens

• Work with Hiring Specialists to schedule meet and greets

• You will be in an office environment

What’s Needed?

• Previous recruiting or high volume customer service experience

• In a job environment that required high volume metrics

• A desire to help people and provide them with meaningful employment

• Salesforce or Oracle a plus but not necessary

• Excellent communication skills
