Our client is looking for an experienced Agile coach to help drive an on-going Agile transformation inside Client’s Enterprise Data and Analytics. Implementation includes over 100 Agile teams running in a well-established Scrum@Scale formation. Must educate employees at all levels, including senior directors, on Agile principles. Teach skills that further the adoption of Agile methodologies using the Scrum framework. Provide hands-on coaching to teams, collaborating with people across varying levels and roles, leading teams toward further understanding and adoption of an Agile mindset. Must be a strong leader and assertive about adherence to Agile. Must possess great interpersonal skills, teaching abilities, and a capacity to inspire, motivate, and build trust in a large, matrixed corporate culture. What you will need:

  • Listening

  • Ability to work with and provide critical feedback to the Agile Transformation Lead

  • Facilitation: Backlog workshops & Team launch

  • Product Owner Coaching: Deep understanding of product development. Ability to teach backlog creation

  • Story/Epic writing: Use of velocity for capacity and expectation management

  • Ability to mentor Scrum Master/team in identifying and embedding process improvements (Experimenting with the way of work.).

  • Pro-active impediment removal: Visualizations

  • Ability to partner with engineering leadership: Demonstrate how agile practices are good engineering practice. Strengthen connection between engineering leadership and team

  • Ability to model team formations based on fractal principles (Scrum@Scale/LeSS/Nexus)

  • Familiarity with Domain Driven Design

  • Familiarity with SAFe

  • Strong Lean knowledge: Value Stream Mapping, Waste reduction
