Job Description

主要职责包括（但不限于）：

• 在指定的北京区实现负责任的GE Healthcare 产品的销售目标。

• 与多个公立医疗集团医院进行项目管理。

• 建立并维护大客户的关系。

• 建立渠道，支持经销商进行投标协调。

• 领导区域销售审查机制以管理账户和MPC。

• 参与区域营销活动，照顾参加活动的客户

• 与内部各利益相关者良好合作，利用资源满足客户需求，提升客户满意度

• 为关键目标和竞争性客户制定客户渗透策略 将当前的市场情报以及现场关注的问题传达给业务部门， 问题和要求

• 在市场分析和战略制定/执行方面发挥领导作用 推动产品销售的行动计划。

资格：

• 至少具有以下一项核心经验：

2年以上咨询销售经验，包括在涉及多个决策者/影响者的复杂销售环境中的战略销售、项目管理和谈判；

或者 拥有 3 年以上 GEHC 面向客户的职位经验，并拥有良好的业绩记录

• 本科及以上学历，医学工程专业优先

• 学习速度快，热衷于学习GE医疗保健的整个产品线，充分了解GE所能提供的服务者优先。

• 善于协作、影响和利用资源

• 良好的变革管理技能和结果驱动

• 愿意在压力下工作 • 高度诚信精神，遵守所有GE内部规 范

• 熟练掌握 Microsoft Office 套件产品的计算机技能
