Job Purpose and Impact

The University Recruiting and Employer Brand Specialist will partner the enterprises in the region to provide early career recruiting solutions and source, assess and select university students and early career candidates. In this role, you will help develop and execute recruitment strategies and competencies. In addition, you will lead and execute employer brand strategies and drive our company brand as an employer of choice.

Key Accountabilities

• Partner hiring managers across enterprises in the region and develop a comprehensive university recruiting program and plan.

• Lead the implementation and execution of the entire early career program including recruitment and onboarding programs and policies.

• Strategize, implement and execute employer brand objectives for each enterprise aligning to the global and regional programs.

• Draft compelling and engaging content, including job descriptions, advertisements, blog posts, scripting videos, and other multimedia content tailored to different audiences and channels.

• Leverage digital channels such as social media, job boards, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO) to attract and engage candidates.

• Leverage Adobe Photoshop and Canva templates to design social media posts and digital ads.

• Plan and executive recruitment events at campuses, job fairs, and online events like hackathons, and coordinate on university partnership programs.

• Maintain accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, including equal employment opportunity statistics.

• Build relationships with key campuses across the region to facilitate early career talent supply including usage of job boards and social media technologies.

• Analyze and measure the effectiveness of employer brand programs and refine to manage and execute employer branding and communications initiatives to attract top talent.

• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Assist in the development of internship programs and initiatives to engage students and nurture talent pipelines.

• Research and develop strategies in campus recruitment and employer branding through industry trends, best practices, and innovations.

• Facilitate administrative tasks related to recruitment, recording all relevant information for new employees.

• Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of two years of related work experience.

• Other minimum qualifications may apply.

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters in human resources or marketing from an institute of repute.

• Minimum 7 years of experience with at least a year of experience in executing an end-to-end campus program.

• Prior experience in strategizing and executing employer brand campaigns.

• Preferable experience in designing content and usage of relevant tools.
