Overview

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Specialist is a Human Resources professional responsible for supporting, developing and executing Cook Medical's talent strategy for attracting and recruiting top talent through performing actions on recruitment platforms and other marketing channels, standardizing policies and processes within Talent Acquisition, understanding best practices to upskill HRBPs in TA, understanding the talent goals of the organization and monitoring metrics related to TA.

Responsibilities

Globally standardize processes and procedures related to TA.

Responsible assisting with job campaigns, data entry, monitoring recruiting platform use and troubleshooting postings.

Aid in development and execution of strategy for attracting top talent through social and digital media properties, recruitment platforms and other marketing channels.

Understand current and onboard new staffing agencies, career fairs, social media, higher learning institutions, etc.

Develops and maintains strong working relationships with HR Business Partners to aid in upskilling and consulting on talent needs.

Aid in managing external vendor partnerships and maintain ongoing engagement with recruitment agencies.

Support HR Operations with training and implementation of new processes as it relates to TA.

Partners with HR Technology, Centers of Expertise (COE), and other internal business partners to determine capabilities and solutions for projects/initiatives.

Track, analyze and communicate key success metrics and business trends as they relate to TA programs.

Works with Strategic Initiatives team to outline and lead projects related to the operational excellence goal of having a culture of high performing workforce related to talent pipelines.

Collaborate with Total Rewards and LandD where programs impact TA.

Responsible for the development and deployment of TA programs and practices aligned to the Company's DEI policies. practices and goals ensuring a diverse workforce and adherence to regulations as well as DEI best practice.

Participates as needed in department projects.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4-5 years' experience in recruiting Experience working in aTalent Acquisition role Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or similar, or 5 years of direct, relevant experience in talent acquisition to provide a comparable background Experience with ATS or CRM Experiencepreferred Experience in a global role OR Experience supporting global teams preferred

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

Works under general office environmental conditions. Ability to conduct and hear video and telephone communication. Must be able to work extended hours beyond normal work schedule to include, but not limited to, evenings, weekends, extended work hours and/or extra work hours, sometimes o short notice as required.

Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations Ability to work under specific time constraints. Must be able to sit at desk, in meetings and/or work on a computer for long or extended periods of time. Visual and manual acuity for working with computers and equipment. Occasional travel, domestic, may be required.
