NASCO Director, Business Solutions Consultant in Boston, Massachusetts

Overview

TheDirector, Business Solution Consultantleads our pre-sales solutions architectureteam in delivering best-in-class healthcare technology solutions to our clients. This role plays a critical role in driving the development, implementation, and optimization of our product offerings, ensuring alignment with client needs, market trends, and organizational goals.

This role collaborateswith all teams within the organization to support a vision andstorywill drive mutual success. With heavy involvement outside our organization, this role interacts heavily withclientand prospects presenting demonstrations and workshops.This role also communicates to their manager on status of projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Leadsthe solutions team in developing and delivering innovative healthcare technology solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients and drive business growth

  • Collaborateswith cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, sales,Professional Services, and ClientSuccess, to define solution strategies, roadmap priorities, and go-to-market plans

  • Drivesthe development and execution of comprehensive solution plans, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support

  • Actsas a subject matter expert on product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape,providingstrategic guidance and thought leadershipto internal teams and clients

  • Establishesandmaintainstrong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry organizations, to drive collaboration, innovation, and business success

  • Leadssolution demonstrations, presentations, and workshops for clients, prospects, and industry events, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits ofoursolutions

  • Developsandscalea set of deliverables that will support the clients shared vision ensure all stakeholders have documented detailsclearly defying and articulatingthe Business case and ROI being delivered by the proposed solution. This includesbut not limited tocurrent and future state comparisons, cost of change roadmap, defining metrics of what success looks like

  • Drivescontinuous improvement and innovation across the solutions organization,leveragingfeedback, data, and insights to enhance product quality, usability, and performance

  • Leads,influencesand manages a team of resources to include conducting talent acquisition activities, coaching and/or mentoring, andidentifyingtraining requirements for associates

  • Conducts performance management activities, including performance reviews, goals,developmentand continuous feedback

  • Creates, manages, and administers an annual departmental budget which may include billable hours and percentage targets

  • Helps define department strategicobjectivesand drives business outcomes in alignment to the organizational strategy

Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, drive results, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Proven ability to build andmaintainstrong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders, driving collaboration and business growth

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability toleveragedata and insights to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement

  • Advancedunderstanding of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and challenges, with experience working in payer environments preferred

Experience:

  • 8years of experience in healthcare technology, with a proventrack recordof success in solution design, development, and delivery

  • Experience in Payer and Provider space understand true elements towards solving for Value-based Care

  • 5 years of management experience in Solution or Healthcare Product space forproduct organizations

  • 5yearsexperiencewith payer trends and the technical ecosystems for payers and bit healthcare enterprise products

  • Experience in Payer and Provider space understand true elements towards solving for Value-based Care

  • Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices

Required Training, Certification and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, computer science, clinician, or related field

Preferred Required Training, Certification and Education:

  • Mastersdegree or equivalent experience preferred
