Job Summary

The Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for effectively managing outcomes across the full range of technology-infrastructure-related initiatives, whether on prem or cloud based. Deep proficiency and experience in managing modern infrastructure related projects and fluency in on premise and cloud infrastructure vernacular is important to success in the role. For projects that are best suited for the waterfall methodology, you'll own everything from charter definition, work breakdown structures, and workstream delivery, all the way through project closure. For projects that are more conducive of agile methodologies (eg. Scrum, Kanban), you'll orchestrate sprints from planning to execution. Your role will include running daily scrums, managing the product backlog, collaborating on requirements documentation, and, critically importantly, unblocking barriers to keep the team moving. The ideal candidate will be, bold, tenacious, and highly effective at collaborating with cross-functional teams, working through barriers, building relationships, and owning outcomes. This will be a high profile and very rewarding role to the right candidate.
