Position Summary:

The Business Analyst for Graduate Enrollment provides the Associate Provost for Graduate Programs (https://docs.google.com/document/u/0/d/13FjPpg1ZKXEjHgGiM5cGcJxSsHzjNu47VgOWHXi6-58/edit) with real-time tracking of all graduate student admissions funnels, monitoring of student retention and success in each graduate program, forecasts of future registrations from new and continuing students, and market-based analyses of tuition pricing and financial aid levels across Fordham’s closest competitors.

The Business Analyst, working closely with graduate admissions teams throughout the University, manages the full utilization of Slate as both a recruitment tool with CRM capabilities and as a real-time monitor of prospect engagement and enrollment flow in each graduate program.

The Business Analyst ensures data integrity through the import/export of data between Slate, Banner, and other University systems. The Business Analyst provides training and support to end users seeking to maximize their utilization of Slate in every aspect of the recruitment cycle.

Essential Functions:

  • Works closely with the School-based admissions teams to understand existing graduate programs along with their recruitment cycles

  • Works closely with relevant deans to set realistic program enrollment goals each year

  • Maintains confidentiality of data and observes FERPA regulations

  • Builds dashboard to monitor graduate enrollment funnels across all programs in real time

  • Performs other related duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in Higher Education.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar position working with academic leaders across a range of graduate programs

  • Experience using Slate and enterprise data systems such as Banner is desirable

Minimum Salary: $80,000

Maximum Salary: $100,000
