Description POSITION SUMMARY The Corporate Strategy Project Manager is a key player in driving the execution of strategic initiatives within the organization. This role combines strategic thinking, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the successful implementation of corporate strategy and strategic projects. The individual in this position will work closely with senior management and various departments to align projects with overall business objectives and drive sustainable growth. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement corporate strategies to achieve business objectives and long-term goals. Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of strategic projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals. Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive assessments to support strategic decision-making. Support the creation of strategic business cases to evaluate the financial feasibility and impact of proposed strategies and projects. Identify potential risks and challenges associated with strategic initiatives and develop mitigation plans. Effectively communicate project updates, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics to measure the success and impact of strategic initiatives and projects. Collaborate with different departments and business units to ensure alignment and integration of strategic goals across the organization. Monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES Bachelor's degree in business, finance, strategy, or a related field (MBA preferred). 3 - 5 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, or corporate strategy roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven leadership and collaboration abilities. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment. Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
