Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Change Manager assumes a strategic role in driving complex organizational transformations and change initiatives within the company. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management methodologies, project leadership, and stakeholder engagement. The Senior Change Manager collaborates closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive change strategies that drive business outcomes and foster a culture of continuous improvement. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide strategic direction and leadership for all aspects of change management initiatives, including planning, execution, and evaluation. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, offering insights and recommendations to support decision-making and drive organizational change. Develop and refine change management strategies that align with the organization's vision, goals, and values. Lead the development of change management plans, communication strategies, and training programs to ensure successful adoption of change initiatives. Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executives, department heads, and frontline employees. Engage stakeholders proactively to communicate the vision for change, address concerns, and solicit input to inform decision-making. Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the potential impact of proposed changes on various aspects of the organization, including people, processes, technology, and culture. Identify risks and dependencies and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruption and maximize success. Develop and execute communication plans that effectively convey the rationale for change, the anticipated benefits, and the expected impact on stakeholders. Coordinate the development and delivery of training programs to build capabilities and facilitate adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working. Oversee the implementation of change initiatives, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality standards. Monitor progress, identify barriers, and intervene as needed to address issues and mitigate risks. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of change initiatives. Collect and analyze data to assess adoption rates, employee engagement, and organizational readiness. Use insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement. Establish governance structures and processes to ensure alignment, accountability, and transparency throughout the change management lifecycle. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards. All other duties as assigned. EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational psychology, human resources, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 8+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related roles, with a proven track record of leading successful change initiatives in complex environments. Strong thought leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire trust, build consensus, and drive alignment among diverse stakeholders. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate audiences at all levels of the organization. Expertise in change management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is highly desirable. Proficiency in project management principles and practices, with experience leading cross-functional project teams and managing competing priorities. Analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.
