As a key member of our Production Team, you'll play a crucial role in meeting our production goals efficiently, adhering to our high safety and quality standards. Dependability and punctuality are essential, as is the ability to work independently and proactively without constant oversight. Attention to detail, precision in following instructions, and thoroughness in task completion are critical. Effective communication and collaboration with the team, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with all procedures are required. This position involves repetitive physical activities and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

● Operate on our production line with accuracy and speed, engaging in filling,

capping, lot coding, and packaging of finished products. This includes ensuring

that all machinery is operated correctly and maintained, with a specific

requirement for the ability to operate large industrial machinery.

● Manage packaging tasks, such as box assembly, packing, and taping, alongside

loading and wrapping pallets for shipment.

● Support inventory management by assisting with the receipt of raw materials and

packaging, completing necessary documentation, accurately logging items into

our system, and conducting regular inventory counts.

● Uphold production standards by meeting requirements without compromising

quality or safety, striving for increased productivity and efficiency.

● Maintain a clean and safe work environment, observing all safety guidelines and

reporting concerns or machinery issues to management promptly.

● Collaborate with the team to meet production goals, with an emphasis on the

need to demonstrate a positive and professional attitude throughout all tasks

and interactions.

● Technology proficiency is required to enhance efficiency and contribute to the

company's growth, particularly in the use of inventory management systems.

● Participate in the entire production process, including pre and post-production

preparation and cleaning, ensuring a seamless production process.
