Job Overview

The Brand & Creative Studio Operations Coordinator will support the team with all administrative aspects of running a global Brand & Creative Studio, including brand operations, chargeback fees management, KPI reporting, event admin support and brand education. Problem-solving is an essential skill for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Administrative support for creative and event operations

• Manage PSA chargebacks and code creation for creative and event projects.

• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of chargebacks.

• Collaborate with finance and project teams to reconcile expenses.

• Monitor shared email inbox and respond to all brand-related questions

• Craft brand communications for both internal and external audiences.

• Support with updating and maintaining brand guidelines.

• Support imagery licensing and Digital Asset Management platform maintenance

• Assist with brand reviews on creative assets ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and contributing to brand consistency across materials.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in project management or agency background.

• BA or BS degree in marketing, communications, business, design, or related field.

• Expert comprehension of PowerPoint, Word, and other Microsoft applications.

• Experience and understand of project management tools (Knowledge in Smartsheet is preferred)

• Understanding of the event and design industry, creative processes, design vocabulary, file types, and Adobe Creative Cloud applications.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide and gather constructive feedback.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Problem-solving skills, ability to identify issues, analyze situations and design solutions
