Job Description:

The Procurement Business Systems Analyst is a key member of the SpartanNash IT team tasked with being the key liaison between business and IT teams for supporting, transitioning, and enhancing procurement related applications. Business Systems Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring business functional support of procurement applications in terms of gathering functional requirements from the business, supporting change management activities for user adoption, and supporting user acceptance testing.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Strong knowledge in Demand & Supply Planning

  • Willingness to learn, implement and support new applications and technologies

  • Able to interact with Business leaders and IT, as well as being able to operate comfortably at all levels of the organization

  • Translate business requirements into effective technology solutions

  • Effectively demonstrates ability to deliver on complex situations or problems without guidance or supervision

  • Previous experience writing SQL statements to help troubleshoot data discrepancies between systems and reports

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; very proficient in producing documentation

Here's what you'll need:

  • Business degree with a background in Supply Chain

  • Proficient in data analysis using SQL and Excel

  • 5+ years of experience in the areas of business and data analysis

  • Ability to articulate ideas and strategy to both business and IT Stakeholders
