Who You Are

You’re a Marketer at heart, and now you’re ready to bring your passion and skills to our Talent Acquisition team. You have a gift for story-telling and know how to reach and engage diverse audiences on a human level through search, social, mobile, text and email. You think strategically about channels and messaging, roll up your sleeves and execute campaigns and programs while tracking and measuring everything. You will play a critical role in helping to uncover and promote the differentiating factors that make Equitable a great place to work.

What You’ll Do

  • Build employer brand awareness for Equitable

  • Create, curate, and manage content on social channels including the Equitable career site, LinkedIn, Handshake, etc.

  • Partner with Marketing and the recruiting team to create collateral such as fact sheets, brochures, event signage, etc. that tells the Equitable story

  • Partner with squad members and our outsourced recruiting team to develop a campus / veteran / diversity recruitment marketing strategy

  • Optimize channel and advertising spend

  • Drive qualified applicants to open jobs

  • Assist the Sourcing team in building diverse talent communities

  • Assist in managing recruiting events

  • Track, measure, and report on campaign results

  • Communicate the value proposition of working at Equitable both authentically and transparently

  • Inspire employees to create and share their stories and Equitable reviews, amplifying our reach and influence throughout the candidate journey

  • Organize campaigns, programs, and events from strategy to execution that build brand awareness and generate qualified leads

  • Collaborate across Talent Acquisition, partner with Marketing and support Business Units to attract great talent to Equitable

The base salary range for this position is $68,000 - $102,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Marketing, Public Relations or similar relevant field

  • 5 years of experience in Communications, Marketing, or Advertising

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing

  • Exposure to corporate recruiting is a plus

Skills:

Marketing Strategy and Positioning: Knowledge of market research, segmentation, and channels; ability to use business models to develop and implement marketing strategies, objectives, and tactics as well as establishing a communications plan.

Channel Marketing : Knowledge of various channel marketing strategies and solutions used to carry out a marketing plan; ability to promote a hospitality organization's brand, products, and services through multiple and diverse avenues.

Talent Analytics: Knowledge of methodologies, technologies and processes used to collect, analyze and utilize employee data (e.g. personality, attitudes, behaviors, performance); ability to enhance the company's competitive advantages through in-depth data analytics.
