Wells Fargo Senior Wealth Client Performance Analytics Consultant in CHARLOTTE, North Carolina

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Wealth Client Performance Analytics Consultant for the Ultra-High Net Worth Client Investment Performance Reporting Team within Wealth and Investment Management. This team provides client investment performance reporting solutions across complex account structures and groups for ultra-high net worth clients.

The Senior Wealth Client Performance Analytics Consultant will analyze investment performance results, verify portfolio accuracy, conduct intensive market research, monitor performance trends, and meet deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of performance analysis.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead or participate in supporting financial advisor by providing analytics on existing and prospective clients within Wealth Client Analytics

  • Review and analyze investment performance results for use in developing reports for clients, pension consultants, and internal management

  • Perform intensive market research to track new leads and follow up

  • Verify accuracy of portfolio and benchmark performance results and monitors performance trends

  • Respond to client request and conduct special analyses

  • Collect data and analyze investment performance results for use in developing reports for clients or internal management

  • Lead team to meet urgent deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of performance analysis

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, managers, marketing staff, and clients

  • Develop with marketing, performance reports, for client presentations

  • Serve as mentor

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 4+ years of Performance Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience using portfolio performance systems (Performer, First Rate, etc.)

  • 2+ years experience working with Ultra High Net Worth clients

  • Broad knowledge of investments including complex asset groups (Alternatives, Real Assets, and Options) and understanding of impact to investment performance

  • Ability to identify and articulate issues, risks, and propose solutions to various levels of the organization and business partners

  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, combined with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Demonstrated ability to manage tactical or strategic initiatives

  • Successful completion of Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM) designation

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
