You will lead the Mondelez Digital Services Change Management service line team and Change Management Community of Practice. You will be instrumental in working across the regions and functions to understand their change needs to properly scope change requirements for key initiatives across Mondelez and drive change capability.
How you will contribute
You will:
Manage the Change Management Community of Practice to ensure our Change Management framework is right sized for Mondelez, we have the right change tools to support teams and that the right change capability is available for the change practitioners and for the whole of Mondelez.
Lead, coach, and develop the change practitioners, ensuring performance meets our standards and there is opportunity to build a sustainable career.
Partner with the regions and functions to understand change needs and assess needs and appropriately staff change practitioners.
Manage relationships with external partners to help augment change needs that cannot be filled through the service line.
Provide change expertise across key initiatives.
Offer guidance and oversight to regions and functional teams in setting up and delivering an appropriate change strategy.
Ensure metrics are captured and shared to leadership regarding effectiveness of change initiatives.
What you will bring

10+ years of Change Management experience including strong business acumen and ability to partner and influence strategic priorities
Assessing change needs and properly scope from a resource perspective
Managing complex change in a global corporate environment
Able to collaborate, communicate and influence effectively across all levels to make things happen
Exposure to change management best practices
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and mitigate risks effectively
Training/instructional design experience

Education / Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Change Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred
Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, Change Management Institute) is desirable
Travel requirements: Yes / Minimal travel
Work schedule: Hybrid
