Job Number: R0189806 Network Engineer, Senior Key Role: Become a subject matter expert in up to 10 network security and analysis technologies to resolve complex issues across DoD platforms, information systems, networks, and agencies. Operate in a fun fast-paced environment where hands-on training, shadowing, knowledge-sharing, professional growth, and team-work are a necessity to be successful. Manage your own hours, work-load, trouble tickets, tasks, and larger project timelines independently to meet the needs of the DoD mission. Operate and configure network infrastructure equipment and using those abilities to support the client mission from the end-user level all the way to executive leadership of large external partners. Perform the routine tasks, maintenance, and security controls necessary to maintain a highly secure audit-ready environment as well as designing and building new hardware from factory defaults all the way to production environment. Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of experience with operating network security devices at an enterprise level, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, load balancers, or proxies Experience managing DoD networks Experience with small team management Top Secret clearance HS diploma or GED DoD 8570 IAT III Certification Additional Qualifications: Ability to learn and grow professionally Possession of excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Scienc Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
