Essential Functions:

• Manage and direct all phases of program activity from inception through completion in accordance with L3Harris processes and procedures• Drive program execution in order to achieve business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow for new, continuing, or current programs• Manage the cost, schedule, and technical performance of development programs• Participate in the negotiation of contract and contract changes• Coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, performance Statement of Work (SOW) and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contract• Monitor all program activities to ensure compliance with product specifications, performance requirements, schedules, and cost commitments• Manage programs through the integration of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) processes and procedures• Identify existing or potential program risks and obtain solutions such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications• Assist with ensuring all required resources such as engineering, human resources, production, computer resources and licenses, and facilities are available for the program• Act as one of the primary customer contact for program activities and participate in program review sessions with customers to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance• Participate in and contribute to internal cost, schedule, and technical reporting requirements• Coordinate negotiation of contract and contract changes• Oversee the generation, quality, and timeliness of all written customer deliverables and reports

Qualifications:

• Must Have An Active/Current Secret Clearance• Strong Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience required• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant project, program experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience• Strong people skills with experience leading and collaborating in a multi-disciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team• Ability to travel <25% of the time

Preferred Additional Skills:

• PMP certification or equivalent desired• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)• Outstanding work ethic and commitment to organizational success
