Job Summary and Qualifications

The Senior BI Developer designs, develops and implements Operations Analytics team’s reporting platforms. This position will also focus on financial analytics related to all Parallon service lines, including net revenue analysis, staffing and labor management, cash flow and costs. This individual will support a culture of high performance and continuous improvement and should possess excellent and proven technical, communication and financial analytical skills

What you will do in this role:

• Designs, develops and implements reports, applications, and analytics solutions for net revenue, cash flow, service lines, labor management.

• Self-starter, self-sufficient in building and maintaining analytics and reporting solutions from start to end.

• Ability to learn, apply and implement new reporting, analytics and automation technologies

• Drives business decisions through the use of analytics.

• Ensures accuracy and integrity for reporting

• Champion innovation, leading practices and continuous improvement within finance operations including net revenue analysis and labor management.

• Provides staffing efficiency analysis through the use of analytic reviews

• Analyzes staff scheduling and staffing data and processes and provides efficiency recommendations in line with corporate objectives.

What qualifications you will need:

• Finance, Math or Data Analytics required; Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance highly preferred

• Must have 2-5 years total business experience or professional work experience in a related field required.

• Proficient using SQL, Python, DAX and Microsoft’s Power BI platform.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform including but not limited to Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Experience in the financial operations of a major organization including healthcare and/or financial analytics with specific focus on HCA/Parallon data infrastructure.

• Experience within healthcare provider finance operations, operational consolidation and shared services a plus.
