As a SAP RTR Product Costing Lead, you will efficiently interact with business users to understand the overall enterprise solution. Collaborate with multiple teams both offshore, onsite and help bring the team up to speed.

Consultants are responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management, or technical and functional application management of client-specific package-based SAP solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SAP implementation projects within Food Processing/ Protein Industry (Beef, Pork, Chicken or Fish). Understanding of the key Protein Industry specific processes, integration requirements and regulatory compliance is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Possess in-depth knowledge of accounting and the following Finance and Controlling functions including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA) Internal Orders (IO)and understanding of the integration between FICO and other SAP modules i.e. SD/MM/PP/PS

• Experience working in a multinational company using Intercompany sales and/or stock transfers and the related costing elements

• Support/lead project-based initiatives such as enhancements, system add-ons and upgrades

• Accountable for support of the client business applications in their supported business area i.e. controlling, demonstrate solid technical knowledge, demonstrate business acumen, require limited direction, handle complex problems, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experienced in performing systems analysis and design by meeting with end users and outlining detailed project specifications in order to effectively and efficiently meet business needs and objectives

• Perform detailed configuration of all CO modules including CCA, PCA, IO, Planning, COPA and Product costing

• Experience designing test scripts, developing and delivering end user training. Supporting clients for hypercare and defect resolution

• Must interact well with customers to understand their business and develop solutions based on business and technical knowledge

• 4-6 FLC implementations with 3-5 as CO lead position. Experience managing onshore and offshore team members and deliverables

Required Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of general accounting and SAP General Ledger (GL, AP, AR, FA, Tax and baseline CO) modules and strong knowledge and working experience with SAP new GL module (S/4 Hana experience preferred)

• Experience in designing and defining Organizational structure, and the chart of accounts structure within SAP by transforming business requirements into system specifications to meet current and future requirements and knowledgeable about IFRS/GAAP accounting

• Experience with multi-national company and Intercompany transactions, eliminations and financial consolidations

• Experience as Product Costing lead on at least 2-3 FLC implementations, and as a sub-module lead on at least 5-8 implementations. Experienced managing onshore and offshore resources and deliverables

• Experience on SAP S/4 HANA implementations a plus

• Seeking experience with SAP Solutions within the Food Processing/ Protein Industry (Beef, Pork, Chicken or Fish).

• Experience Implementing solutions such at catch weight, perishable food management, refrigerated transportation and warehousing, SAP Food Processing (MSG – Software), etc.

• Preferred experience with Live Animal Procurement processing, Global Batch Traceability, Disassembly Process and Byproduct production and usage.
