Bluepeak Marketing Operations Specialist in Denver, Colorado

Overview of the Position Responsibilities : We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various financial activities and analyzing data to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our marketing campaigns. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

This position will bring accounting, marketing, creativity and fun to work with them every day! This position may be based in Denver, CO or remote.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage month-end close activities, track monthly budget vs actuals and partner with Finance and Accounting to help with month end process.

  • Ensure timely processing of invoices and communication of accruals for marketing department.

  • Maintain strong internal partnerships by working closely to manage monthly estimated spend per business owner.

  • Lead weekly budget meetings to ensure marketing team stays on budget.

  • Manage the internal Bluepeak store, manage all reorders and inventory of tchotchke items.

  • Work with field teams and vendors on premium quotes and orders.

  • Assist in other marketing projects as needed, including but not limited to marketing offer grids, monthly marketing summaries, and competitive analysis.

  • Creates marketing materials, plans, and performs marketing activities for an assigned region.

  • Analyzes market data to monitor performance of marketing activities and plans.

  • Attends marketing events, assists, and supports Bluepeak’s service promotion.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a related field and 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting/marketing experience; and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.

  • To be successful, you will need strong analytical skills and a passion for timelines/tasks.

  • Highly desired team player with effective communication skills and strong project management background.

  • Excellent organizational skills including handling multiple demands and assignments and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently.

  • Proven vendor management

  • Upon job offer, must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

Salary Range: $54,000 to $78,000
