Summary:
The Project Manager I – Integration Services manages relationships with key stakeholders and delivers excellence for RES clients on projects. Project Manager I – Integration Services takes ownership of the entire project performance, overseeing the design, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities from start to finish, including safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction. They are responsible for contract administration, project planning, and labor and equipment resource management. Ideal candidate will have significant competence and experience with utility scale Industrial Control Systems/Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) design and execution. This role is responsible for multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
Manages a project through the project execution, including working with project site team members and office support team members for all necessary tasks.
Manages the development and updating of a fully functional schedule. Ensures that all engineering, procurement, submittals, and work plans are in place to facilitate the execution of work asscheduled.
Develops,manages,andmaintainstheprojectexecutionplancoveringeachscopeanddiscipline of theproject(s).
Plans and coordinates all aspects of the construction process, including hiring subcontractors and working with engineers and vendors. Negotiate contracts with engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.
Coordinates with Commissioning team daily through all phases of a project.
Maintains a complete understanding of all project’s contractual obligations, including the contract's change managementprocess.
Tracks and manages costs to date and forecasts cost tocomplete.
Analyzes and tracks earned value status and communicates and works to mitigate financial risks to a projectteam.
Negotiates and manages Subcontractors. Ensures terms in the main contract are passed on to subcontracts, subcontracted, and adhered to.
Attends work regularly and punctually, as scheduled or expected.
Presents, supports, and leads-by-example with a safety and quality-oriented attitude.
Manages purchases of project-related materials andequipment.
Strengthens and continually maintains clientrelationships.
Manages and hosts project kick-off and close-outmeetings.
Manages project-required engineering deliverables and construction permits as a prerequisite for projectinception.
Engages in continuous improvement activities within business processes and teammembers.
Ensures the implementation of the RES quality control program to ensure that the processes comply with RES and project requirements.
Provide the required documents, drawings, and other forms to active projects for monitoring and maintaining EMS.
Ensures timely billing and pay application to follow-ups.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degreeConstruction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.
Certification Project Management Professional preferred.
5+ years or more equivalent and related work experience required.
Less than 1 year experience in a construction project management role required.
Less than 1 year Project Manager experience in EPC projects, including Substations, Transmission Lines, BESS, and Underground MV + HV projects required.
Advanced level of knowledge in:

Anticipated base salary range: $94,000 - $110,000
The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. This position is bonus eligible.
