BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Business Analyst for a Denver, CO - Remote opportunity.

Job Type: Contract - [FULL TIME (40 Hours a week)] Pay Range: [$55/hr.] - [$65/hr.]

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or related field Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.

Job Description:

Should be able to analyze business requirements around salesforce sales cloud and be able to recommend better business and systems processes. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and oversee the build activities to deliver integrated solutions from the design stage to a production deployment with a focus on SFDC best practices. Create and maintain detailed functional & training documentation for requirement specifications. Prepare & conduct end user demos for roll out. Provide system administration support of customized Salesforce applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflow. Understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality and experience with Marketo is required. Experience with WebServices Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow and Assignment Rules and Advance Approvals. Working knowledge of SFDC integration is strongly preferred. Strong customer focus with a high tolerance for ambiguity and requirement changes. Strong problem-solving mindset to ensure creative and logical thinking for potential solutions. Ability to be flexible and proactive to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements, customer objectives, and meeting global goals successfully.
