Cambridge International Systems, Inc. has a full-time Service Desk Analyst opportunity available based in Doral, FL. Qualified candidates for this job must possess a current DoD Secret security clearance.

SOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES) is working to deliver and operationalize information technology (IT) services for all US SOUTHCOM combatant command constructed networks. These constructed networks span the US SOUTHCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). Work performed under this Task Order directly provides US SOUTHCOM a defensible, secure, modern, and efficient IT infrastructure across all combatant command constructed networks.

This position supports SOUTHCOM's transformative move to a Zero Trust Architecture in alignment with the DoD Zero Trust Strategy and Executive Order (EO) 14028.

ROLE RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Develops computer systems specifications that address business requirements and fit with company/customer system architecture standards.

  • Work with team to communicate issues and troubleshoot as needed.

  • Resolve issues by utilizing knowledge of software and hardware.

  • Work in a cleared and mission-oriented environment.

  • Support provided is to keep key IT systems up and running. These systems are critical to keeping mission on track. So, it is a very important task and mission!

    Required QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must possess an active DoD Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.

  • Must be proficient in using different technologies such as computers and other tools and systems pertinent to the position.

  • Technical Training, Certification(s) Must be IAT level II Compliant and Operating System Computing environment compliant.

  • 5 + years of related experience

  • CompTIA - Security+ - CompTIA, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator: Windows 10 (MD - 100) - Microsoft

    TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • In some occasions, overnight travel may be required.

    PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT AND WORKING CONDITIONS

    Cambridge International Systems complies with Temporary Duty Station (TDY)/Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) vaccination requirements.  If this position requires OCONUS travel (listed above), Vaccine Recommendations by AOR | Health.mil lists applicable current vaccination requirements by location.

    Office setting:

  • Must be able to work in an office environment, sitting at a desk, looking at a computer for most of the workday.

  • Work is physically comfortable; the employee has discretion about sitting, walking, standing, etc.

  • May be required to travel short distances to offices/conference rooms and buildings on site.
