Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Associate Director IT Operations at DHE: DH Entertainment in this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

Leadership and Management:

• Lead, mentor, and develop multiple IT operations teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

• Manage the overall operations of the IT department, including budgeting, staffing, and performance management.

• Collaborate with other IT leaders to align operations with the overall IT strategy and business goals.

Operational Excellence:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of IT services across multiple assets, ensuring high availability, reliability, and optimal performance.

• Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Drive the adoption of best practices in IT operations, including ITIL, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.

Strategic Planning and Implementation:

• Contribute to the development and execution of the IT strategic plan.

• Lead large-scale IT projects and initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, recommending and implementing innovative solutions to enhance IT capabilities.

Stakeholder Management and Communication:

• Serve as a key IT liaison with senior management, business units, and external partners.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels about IT operations, projects, and initiatives.

• Foster strong relationships with vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and managing SLAs.

Risk Management and Security:

• Oversee IT risk management processes, ensuring appropriate measures are in place to protect assets and data.

• Lead the development and implementation of IT security strategies and policies.

Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery plans are in place and tested regularly.

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• Valid UAE passport, Family book (Khulasat Al Qaid)

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations, with a proven track record of managing multiple teams and large-scale IT projects.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Excellent understanding of IT operations, infrastructure, and systems.

• Familiarity with IT governance frameworks and compliance requirements.
