Agiliti Health Financial Analyst I in Eden Prairie, Minnesota

Job Description:

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparation of the annual budget & periodic forecasts, financial reporting and analysis, and general ledger support. In this role, you will work closely with corporate and field personnel to help develop the corporate forecast and provide support for building the organization’s annual budget, forecasting, analyzing actual results and support decision making to grow the business profitably.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide financial support to Finance leaders, Field leaders and other corporate teams

  • Responsible for preparing, consolidating, and distributing various financial reports and analyses

  • Support achievement of the company's annual plan by monitoring and communicating performance of key metrics

  • Enhance financial reports to give greater business insights into performance

  • Assist with creation of monthly, quarterly, full year forecasts

  • Assist with the annual budget preparation

  • Execute assigned month-end close responsibilities

  • Ensure the integrity and consistency of financial data across the various financial reporting systems and processes

  • Assist with modeling efforts to assess business performance

  • All other projects and duties as assigned

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field

  • Experience in financial analysis preferred

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices and the analysis and reporting of financial data including an understanding of basic financial statements

  • Ability to pull data from various data sources and present findings with recommendations for action

  • Proven computer literacy in MS Suite with intermediate/advanced Excel skills

  • Ability to understand and modify complex financial models

  • Strong problem solving & analytical skills

  • Ability to perform under time constraints

  • Ability to prioritize and execute with proficiency

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
