Aston Carter Senior Administrative Assistant in Eden Prairie, Minnesota

Description:

• Maintain director and managers appointment schedule’s by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel • Troubleshoot any issues that may arise while a leader is traveling • Update executives about appointments with various clients and proactively alerts to scheduling conflicts • Assist director in meetings, preparing documents and presentations • Prepare the weekly plant periodical and other communications for the plant • Maintain and prepare employee records such as terminations, new employee set ups, and transfers • Coordinate customer events and corporate visits • Assist in preparation of presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials • Manage expense reports and all related processes • Welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries • Coordinate all plant employee events and meals • Prepares and distributes reports by collecting and analyzing information using Microsoft Excel and other company data systems • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities • Order and maintain inventory of customer and team member giveaways and logo items • Contributes to the team effort by assisting in other duties as needed
