Genesis10 is looking for a Technology Transformation Change Management Assessment Lead with Cloud TechOps/Cloud Moderinzation transformation experience for a 6 month project for a healthcare client in Minneapolis MN. 100% remote. Job Description: We are looking for an experienced IT professional with experience in Cloud TechOps, cloud modernization transformation initiatives, and technology organization change management to assess and manage changes resulting from technology transformation initiatives. This role will assess the scope and impact of changes introduced as a result of adopting new cloud technologies and plan and facilitate the change management across the IT organization impacted with the cloud modernization. This role would need to understand the current state TechOps operating model and assess the impact of changes influencing org structure, roles and responsibilities, TechOps processes etc. Key Responsibilities: The role and responsibility expectations for this position include the following: Assess and understand Change impact scoping: Fully understand the scope of cloud modernization initiative, broader roadmap and sequencing of modernization events, identify all impacted stakeholders (primarily in IT - but also across business), assess how they will be impacted in terms of their day-to-day operations, what will be new and different compared to current state when using legacy technologies etc. IT Org Design change impact - Assess how the IT org is structured with the roles and responsibilities of various resources supporting current state IT operations for in-scope applications, how those roles and responsibilities may need to evolve to support the new cloud-native technology stack, scope out learning and training needs and collaborate with IT leaders to assess the need to restructure the org IT TechOPs change impact - with specific focus on FinTechOps to understand what is measured, tracked, and managed in the current state to manage the IT technology finance and accounting, identify the scope of FinTechOps process changes to align with cloud-native, on-demand technology infrastructure, along with roles and responsibilities of the FinTechOps team Business Stakeholder change impact - Assess the scope of impact for the diverse group of business stakeholders directly impacted as a result of the change of technology infrastructure and applications - with focus on both Super Users and End Users Define and Recommend IT Org Change Remediation Plan - including but not limited to defining and documenting new SOPs, new roles and associated set of responsibilities, scope of new learning and training by role, identification of internal / external training sources, collaborative effort with the IT leaders to re-think the new org design and org structure to support the life data management life cycle activities in a cloud-native environment, scope of communication strategy, change execution plan etc. IT TechOps Chane Remediation Plan - including but not limited to proposed definition of new FinTech processes, new SoPs as appropriate, scoping for data, reporting and automation capabilities required to support new processes, new roles and associated set of responsibilities, scope of communication strategy, change execution plan etc. Business Stakeholders Change Remediation Plan - bespoke and tailored mitigation options to manage the change for impacted business stakeholders, scope of communication strategy, change execution plan etc. Execution Plan - Define an integrated plan and roadmap to execute all the recommendations in a systemic and sequenced manner, assess and quantify the ROM effort to execute the change with suggested staffing plan and budget to execute the change Execute and Facilitate the Change Facilitate and execute the change as per the approved plan in #8 above Required Basic Qualifications: Full life-cycle experience (defining, evolving, implementing, & operationalizing) Data Warehousing and Reporting & An lytics capabilities in large enterprises Cloud modernization lifecycle experience - from inception to execution Cloud data modernization experience and familiarity with Azure, Snowflake and DataBricks technology stack and its impact on ITOps and FinTechOps IT Change management Prior experience developing executive-facing written communications using PowerPoint and Word Strong advisory and consultative aptitude with ownership mindset Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $75.00-$80.00 We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
