This job entails caring for mostly elderly patients in the home. Worker are to be friendly, compassionate and reliable. A successful caregiver knows his/her schedule well, and shows up to the patients home in a consistent and reliable manner. While on the job, the caregiver is to help the Patient with his/her activities of daily living. This may include showering, toilet use and feeding etc. The caregiver should be comfortable helping the patinet in all these ares. After a month or so, we conduct a review of the caregiver and will give them a raise if they demonstrate excellency and reliability.
