Our client is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that inspires the world to communicate and advance faster. They are currently hiring an B2B Digital Marketing Manager to join their team in Folsom. The B2B Digital Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to drive leads and revenue for our client. The ideal candidate will possess a wealth of experience in lead generation, a comprehensive understanding of the sales process, and exceptional analytical and communication skills. This role is integral to the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) framework, focusing on optimizing conversions through continuous testing and refinement of lead generation and nurture efforts across all stages of the customer journey. Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Manager, job duties include:

  • Develop and implement demand generation strategies and campaigns.

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team and B2B Program Manager to define target account lists, align efforts, and drive revenue.

  • Design and oversee the implementation of intent and stage-based campaigns for tiered target accounts.

  • Utilize data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand generation efforts.

  • Foster and maintain relationships with Channel Marketing teams, Sales teams, partners, and other stakeholders.

  • Stay abreast of B2B marketing industry trends, new technologies, and techniques.

  • Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges.

  • Measure and report on the success of demand generation campaigns, using metrics such as lead engagement, conversions, and revenue.

Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in Global Corporate B2B digital marketing functions.

  • Hands-on experience with modern ABM tech stack, specifically Demandbase, Marketo, and Salesforce.

  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.

  • Self-starter with the ability to think strategically and deploy tactically, capable of connecting campaign objectives and marketing programs.

  • Domain expertise in Data Center technology (Cloud/Enterprise architecture, memory, and storage technology) is a plus.
