Insight Global Compensation Manager in Fort Worth, Texas

Job Description

The Compensation Manager will lead the compensation strategies for our global company of almost 2,000 employees in 14 countries. You will oversee all compensation within the company and will have significant exposure to special projects and initiatives, including rolling out company pay structures, job leveling, and variable pay banding.

The Compensation Manager will leverage developed expertise in compensation program design and administration (ideally including compensation ranges and grades) to support the company's efforts to attract, reward, engage, and retain a high-performing workforce. The Compensation Manager will be part of the Human Resources department, reporting to the Sr Director of Corporate HR Operations.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of Compensation experience, with experience and knowledge of market analysis, pay structures, compensation compliance laws/requirements and variable compensation

Experience in developing compensation packages for Sales and IT job categories (ideally software development/implementation)

Must have experience developing compensation strategies from scratch

Experience working with 3rd party/Consulting firms for comp analysis

Experience with global compensation strategies and partnering with local HRBPs

Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPS, pivot tables, and other formulas

Excellent communication and professionalism as they will often interact with Executives.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resource Management or Related Field Certification as Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred null
