Position Summary

RB Consulting, Inc. (RBCI) is seeking a Robotics Developer to support RBCI's customer automation needs and intelligent automation development. The Robotics Developer will be a part of the team that is responsible for the full life cycle of RPA solutions using an agile methodology. They will be able to adapt to leading technologies and utilize RPA platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, etc. and build a strong domain knowledge. They will be able to design, develop and review the RPA automation solution.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Expert on leading or learning an array UiPath RPA tools such as Document Understanding, Test Suite,AI, ML, Test Suite, Task Capture, Pipeline management tool, Document Understanding, Process Mining, Automation Suite, AI Units, Insights
  • Building APIs
  • Troubleshooting automations when new or when supporting customers
  • Integration between Automation and AWS
  • In charge of working with Director Enterprise Applications to focus on AWS needs and maintenance
  • Work with RPA Director to build Proof of Concepts and build RBCI Automation Lab
  • Understand the business process requirements and design
  • Follow RBCI's Center of Excellence Best practices, governance and methodologies.
  • Work with business and technology teams to analyze and assess automation feasibility
  • Configure automation processes as per technical documentation (TDD)
  • Develop code to meet the defined design and solution approaches
  • Ensure quality of code components by performing end to end unit testing
  • Perform Quality review of automated solution and provide feedback
  • Work closely with functional, infrastructure and all RPA team members
  • Designing automation based on the operational requirements of a company
  • Providing gained experience during system development and integration
  • Documenting the entire process of automation
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
  • Programming skills in Java, Linux, C, C++ or .NET (desired)
  • Knowledge of any database query language like SQL
  • Experience in any automation tool like UiPath
  • Understanding of AI and ML concepts
  • UiPath Advanced Developer Certification
  • Command over HTML, JavaScript and other scripting languages (desired)
  • Computer Literacy Skills
  • Must be able to communicate accurately and clearly both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent problem solving, and people s ills required
  • Maintain confidentiality of work-related information and materials.
  • Must be a U.S Citizen and have the ability to obtain a clearance.
