Job Description

This high-level BD representative for our client will report to the Vice President of Business Development and manage the BD team focused on Space and Science federal government pursuits.

Responsibilities include developing and managing a team of senior business development executives and business development analysts. The activity is focused on front end customer engagement, pipeline development, and market shaping activity with pursuits in pre-capture stage.

Skills and Requirements

Growth minded individual with a minimum 15 years' experience with demonstrated success in managing federal government business development teams that consist of 5 or more people that have pursued individual Single Award contracts valued greater than $300M.

Proven ability to create and execute strategies to enter new markets and win new programs. null
