Job Overview
Are you well versed in translating complex data findings into useful insights? The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for providing useful insights, recommendations, and measurement of marketing campaigns that will drive innovation and efficiency gains for the business. This person will have the opportunity to partner cross functionally across marketing, sales, revenue operations, and finance to develop strategies and analytics designed to enable informed decision making and lead efforts to identify gaps in our data to better drive engagement, client acquisition, retention, and revenue. This role reports to the Manager, Marketing Operations.

Responsibilities
Monitors and forecasts marketing and sales trends as well as analyze customer and prospect data and downstream funnel performance using Salesforce, Tableau, and other tools
Works closely with marketing teams to develop dashboards, extract and analyze data, find opportunities, and develop solid recommendations to increase bookings and support the GTM plan
Prepares reports and presents results to internal collaborators and management
Proactively converts complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports and actions plans against the findings
Examines campaign return on investment and conducts demand waterfall analysis to improve profitability of campaigns and performance throughout the sales funnel
Uses CRM tool to track performance and analyze data against monthly goals
Assists in creating structures for experimentation and reporting across the marketing organization and supports other marketing teams in measuring campaign success
Researches standard methodologies to implement on data analysis, lead funnel management, and strategies to improve return on marketing investments
Identifies and implements new tools to support the analysis of marketing initiatives
Contributes to the CMO reporting cadence to ensure weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports are completed to meet timelines with data accuracy
Guides teams for systems and trainings fostering a best-in-class operations charter for marketing
Facilitates adoption of the reporting standards by consistently applying them in daily work and educating end users on applicable usage/interpretation of different methodologies
Maintains high levels of accuracy, integrity, process consistency and documentation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in a Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, or related role, ideally at a B2B technology company
Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables and VLookups)
Tableau experience and/or related business intelligence tools is highly preferred.
Salesforce reporting experience
Requires the ability to provide useful insights and analysis derived from lead funnel data and campaign results
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong results orientation with a proven track record of flawless execution and strong attention to detail
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work seamlessly in a team-oriented environment
Demonstrated flexibility, creativity and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced changing environment that is going through high growth
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and organized. Able to easily switch gears to manage multiple project types
