Job Description:

The Student Conduct & Conflict Resolution Case Coordinator is responsible for case management duties, including but not limited to:

  • Scheduling hearings for the Student Conduct Committee, Greek Conduct Committee, and Health Science Center Student Conduct Committee.

  • Preparing and maintaining records for Committee Hearings.

  • Communicating with potential witnesses, responding students, reporting/impacted parties, and other conduct process participants.

  • Preparing case packets for Committee hearings

  • Scheduling meetings/hearings for SCCR staff

The Case Coordinator is also responsible for assisting with additional SCCR office tasks including, but not limited to:

  • Office management tasks, including data entry, phone/email communication, and front desk coverage when needed.

  • Keeping educational records private

  • Entering cases into the database

Expected Salary:

13.35 per hour

Minimum Requirements:

Have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA

Federal Work Study

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficient with verbal and written communication.

Demonstrate attention to professionalism, dependability, and timeliness.

In-depth knowledge of the UF Student Conduct Process.

Experience with data management systems.
