Need 2 full time, temporary, seasonal Agricultural Equipment Operator to work in Greenbush, MN. From: 02/15/2024 to 12/15/2024 Work: 40 hrs./week, Mon.-Fri. 8 hrs./day As required for all workers in Minnesota, hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay. ESST Law: An employee earns one hour of safe and sick time for every 30 hours worked and can earn a maximum of 48 hours each year. The employee needs to work atleast 80 hours in a year for an employer in Minnesota. Must Apply By: 07/17/2024 NOTE: JOB DUTIES: Employee will operate large farm equipment and machinery equipped with GPS, such as tractor, sprayer for cultivating, tilling, fertilizing, planting, moving, storing, and harvesting grain and oilseed crops. Employee will assist with moving, spraying, and upkeep of farm property. Employee will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employee will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment and facilities. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. No minimum education required. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
