Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the business, providing excellent customer service, and managing a team of dedicated staff. Duties:

• Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including customer service, staff management, and financial performance

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high cleanliness standards

• Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback

• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional customer service

• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events, banquets, and special functions

• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner

• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

• Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality management or a related field

• Proven track record of success in managing a team and achieving operational targets

• Strong knowledge of the food industry, including bartending and banquet services

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues diplomatically

• Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members

• Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial reporting

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
