The Role: Power Platforms & Copilot Functional Consultant/App Maker

The Team: The candidate will be a part of Digital Workplace Automation Platform & Solutions team. We provide Learning Opportunities, Solutions and Consultancy to Citizen Developers on Power Platform, Develop Custom Solutions and deliver Automation as a service to various teams

What’s in it for you: We are seeking a talented and experienced Power Platform Developer with expertise in AI Builder and M365 , Power Platforms Co-pilot to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, with a focus on leveraging AI Builder and M365 , Power Platforms Co-pilot capabilities. 

Responsibilities:

Power Platform Development: 

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. 

• Utilize Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to create innovative and efficient applications and workflows. 

AI Builder Integration: 

• Leverage AI Builder to incorporate artificial intelligence capabilities into Power Apps and Power Automate workflows. 

• Develop custom AI models to solve business challenges and enhance user experiences. 

Co-pilot Expertise: 

• Utilize M365 & Power platforms Co-pilot to enhance Gen Ai Capabilities in the o365 applications. 

• Frame proper architecture ,governance and data loss prevention policies for Co-Pilot to be implemented in the organisation. 

Solution Architecture: 

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable Power Platform solutions. 

• Design and implement data models, custom connectors, and other components necessary for robust applications. 

Testing and Optimization: 

• Conduct thorough testing of Power Platform solutions to ensure functionality, performance, and security. 

• Optimize applications for speed, efficiency, and user experience. 

Documentation and Training: 

• Create comprehensive documentation for developed solutions, ensuring knowledge transfer and maintainability. 

• Provide training and support to end-users and colleagues on the use and maintenance of Power Platform applications. 

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Power Platform Developer with a focus on AI Builder and Copilot. 

• Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. 

• Experience in developing and implementing AI models using AI Builder. 

• Experience in the AI/ML field aware of the basic methodologies. 

• Familiarity with M365 and Power Platforms Copilot and its integration into the development process. 

• Solid understanding of solution architecture and design principles. 

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. 

• Experience evaluating vendor solutions and new technologies 

• Experience writing and evaluating technical and functional requirements  

• Experience with the MSFT Graph API and/or Bot Framework would be a strong plus but is not required  

Qualifications  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering is required, or in lieu, a demonstrated equivalence in work experience  

• Power Platforms Developer Certification 

• Experience working within AWS or Azure  

• Demonstrable experience piloting and driving new technologies  

• Demonstrable experience working with continuous integration principals and technologies   

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team   

• Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies (Agile preferred)  

• Exposure to machine learning and AI (Artificial Intelligence) services (DialogFlow, AWS, IBM, Azure, etc.) would be a plus
