DESCRIPTION OF WORK The Deputy Digital Director will be charged with assisting the Digital Director with the crafting of content for various pages and campaigns for the PA Department of Agriculture and PA Farm Show platforms, through the use of social media copy, graphic design, photo and video, and more. This role will also be tasked with assisting with management of the agency's websites through a content management system and serving as the agency webmaster.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 1 day per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.   REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Two years of professional communications experience and a bachelor's degree; or An equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional Requirements:

You must possess experience managing websites through a content management system and supporting social media through design and copywriting. You must possess experience with Search Engine Optimization and ensuring websites meet accessibility requirements. You must possess experience in leading paid media campaigns. You must possess experiencing producing digital products, including graphics and videos, for social media and web use. You must be able to perform essential job functions. How to Apply:
