We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as an Accountant in Heber City, UT. The chosen candidate must have a deep understanding of accounting principles and excellent data analysis skills. Responsibilities:

• Manage all financial transactions including fixed assets, expenses, income, and payroll.

• Update financial data in databases to ensure accurate information.

• Track and monitor accounts receivable and payable.

• Prepare and present financial statements in accordance with standard procedures.

• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and principles.

• Assist with preparation of budget forecasts.

• Identify financial discrepancies and resolve them promptly.

• Use bookkeeping tools, like QuickBooks, proficiently.

• Help with the calculation and filing of sales taxes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.

• 0-5 years of experience in accounting (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

• Proficiency in MS Excel.

• Previous experience with QuickBooks is a must.

• Knowledge of sales tax and commissions is preferred.

• Excellent numeracy skills along with precision.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
