What you will do:
Provide courteous, professional and efficient F&B service at all times
Create a memorable dining experience to customers
Assist the Manager to ensure a seamless operation
Build and maintain positive rapport with customers
Strive to constantly satisfy customers’ needs and delight the customers
Qualifications:
What you should have:
Qualification in Food and Beverage Service training
Minimum 2 years work experience as Team Leader in a hotel or restaurant with good standards; essential prerequisite is experience in the Hotel, Restaurant or Travel industry
Basic knowledge of wines and other beverages
Good communication skills and language skill
A great team player who is customer-oriented, attentive and hospitable
