Seeking an "Entry-Level Data Analyst"

MUST BE LIVING in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Full-Time opportunity, 6 month contract employment with extension

Monday-Friday, 8:00 am- 5:00 pm.

Fully On-site at the Downtown, Honolulu office

Job Description

The Data Analyst will be responsible for the customer data for an upcoming program rollout. This individual will also be performing data analytical support for the needs on all assigned projects through the design and implementation, utilizing a variety of analytical methodologies and data sources. Must have basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or some form of coding language.

This individual will work on the following:

1. Process large data for direct mail (email, letters and postcards) for customer communication and rollout of advanced meters

2. Accurately manage all reporting related to customer communication

3. Develop and implement other customer related programs that leverage and/or is part of advanced meter implementation

4. Work closely with Information Technology and other departments as well as outside vendor to test and implement programs

Top Skills' Details

• Experience with written communications/emails/ or copywriting

• Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or some form of coding language

• Driven and invested in learning new skills to aid in job, including front end development in HTML/CSS

• Bachelors in Computer Science or Management Information Technology and/or 1-2 years of work related experience.

Work Environment

Fully on-site at the downtown office, 5 days a week, Monday- Friday. The team is tight knit and ohana-like culture, there is a good team work morale to support each other on projects.

Business Drivers/Customer Impact

The communications team is helping with a new " Rate Redesign" project, it is apart of a company wide overall renewable energy initiative .

For this initiative, the Data Analyst will help with receiving, cleaning large datasets, and creating email communication to deliver to customers.
