The Product Director will be accountable for leading the “Above Brand” focused strategies and execution for the Bladder Portfolio. In this role, you will focus on three key areas 1) the development of strategies and tactics for adherence 2) Nurse (NPs and well as PAs) education and 3) Patient/caregiver advocacy. As well as optimal patient support and activation strategies, including insight generation, strategy development, strategic media planning, content development, and tactical execution. The Product Director will work with a cross functional team of brand partners, field sales, internal partners, and agency partners to help support Bladder patients.

Position Description:

  • Leads development of comprehensive marketing plans, including strategy, positioning, and messaging, to achieve business goals

  • Ensures strategies, marketing assets and tactical plans are developed and performed in close partnership with: Global Commercial Strategy Organization, Sales, Sales Learning & Development , Medical Affairs, and key internal partners

  • Develop content with learning and development team for sales meetings and ongoing field development to support brand strategies

  • Lead advisory boards, analytics, and market research to generate insights for marketing initiatives in partnership with the insights and analytics team

  • Lead the creation of strong partnerships with Patient Advocacy Groups

  • Work to create materials explaining J&J IM Financial Support to the community of Patients and Caregivers

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • A minimum Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.

  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge

  • A minimum 5 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Managed Care Account Management, Pricing and/or related fields

  • Proven proficiencies in marketing, project management, and clear communication.

  • Ability to travel up to 20%, which may include overnight and weekend travel.

Preferred:

  • People leadership experience

  • Experience in oncology

  • Previous patient marketing and/or Patient Advocacy group experience

  • Experience with product launches
