Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Systems Analyst in Houston, Texas. This role is vital for the transition of our organization from JDE to Workday, requiring a detail-oriented individual to migrate, test, train, and support the implementation of our Workday system.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration process from JDE to Workday, ensuring a seamless transition of data, processes, and workflows.

• Evaluate existing processes within JDE and develop equivalent solutions within Workday.

• Collaborate with different departments to understand their needs and constraints, ensuring that Workday implementation meets their specific requirements.

• Conduct rigorous testing of Workday functionality and configuration to ensure integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of data transfer.

• Develop comprehensive training materials and deliver user-friendly training sessions to employees to enable them to use Workday effectively.

• Provide ongoing support to users and troubleshoot any issues that arise within the Workday system.

• Comply with project timelines and deliverables, ensuring the successful completion of the conversion.

• Work closely with the IT team and Workday representatives to design, build, and implement necessary customizations and integrations.

• Create detailed reports on progress and any potential setbacks throughout the implementation project.

• Utilize skills in Database, DB2 Database, EO/IR systems, IBM, Microsoft, AB Testing, Business Requirement Document, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Deployments to effectively perform duties. Requirements • Proficiency in various databases including DB2 Database

• Experience in EO/IR systems

• Proficient with IBM and Microsoft technologies

• Proven experience in AB Testing

• Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents

• Comprehensive knowledge of Computer Hardware

• Familiarity with Configuration Management processes

• Experience in managing Deployments

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work in a team and independently

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
